To deepen international educational exchange between primary and secondary schools in Taiwan and Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, and to expand substantial cooperation in the education sector, the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education invited the "Taiwan Primary and Secondary School International Educational Exchange Alliance" to the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on educational cooperation at the Kumamoto Prefectural Office at the end of 2025.
