K-12 Education Administration Promotes Two-Way In-Person International Educational Exchanges to Deepen Global Partnerships

The K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education, actively promotes the "Medium-Term Plan for International Education in Primary and Secondary Schools," encouraging domestic schools to combine distinctive curriculums with local culture to establish in-person exchanges and long-term cooperative relationships with overseas schools. For the 2025 academic year, subsidies were provided to 352 schools with a funding of approximately NT$105.59 million. Participating schools span senior high, junior high, and elementary levels, and the countries reached extend beyond neighboring Asian nations to include Europe, the Americas, and Australia.
