Announced Unit:Division of Education for Indigenous Peoples and Special Education
To promote Taiwan-Japan educational exchanges, the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education, and the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association collaborate on the "Japanese Language Partnership Program." Through this program, partners from Japan assist our Japanese language teachers with classroom activities and introduce Japanese culture, providing Taiwanese students and teachers with direct opportunities for cultural exchange and learning. This program, initiated by the Japanese government in 2014 to promote Japanese language and culture across Southeast Asia, expanded to include Taiwan in 2016. The 9th term in 2024 brought 10 Japanese language partners to Taiwan.
