AI-Assisted Self-Directed Learning: Teachers and Students Co-Creating Digital Campus Learning Models

In response to the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, the K-12 Education Administration of the Ministry of Education has incorporated AI technology into the Senior High School Technology-Assisted Self-Directed Learning Program starting from the 2024 academic year. This initiative aims to improve teachers' ability to integrate AI technology into curriculum design while guiding students to utilize diverse technological tools, including digital learning platforms, mobile technology, AI applications, and Project-Based Learning (PBL), to achieve self-directed learning goals.
