MOE Establishes Primary and Secondary School International Educational Exchange Alliance
To internationalize elementary and junior high education and help students cultivate the core qualities of multiculturalism and international understanding, the Ministry of Education (MOE) issued its Medium-term Plan for International Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in May 2023. Based on the foundations set by the White Paper 2.0 on International Education for Primary and Secondary Schools, MOE has been consolidating and strengthening the promotion of international education policies, integrating resources across disciplines, and increasing international educational exchanges in schools up to the senior high level. This has led to the Ministry’s establishment of the Primary and Secondary School International Educational Exchange Alliance, a cooperative effort among county and city international education centers, as MOE continues to serve as a channel for the promotion of international education policies and related work.
