The Free Education Plan for the Five-year-old Starts in September!

The education allowance plan for the five-year-old (thereafter referred as “the free education plan”) of The Ministry of Education will soon be under way. The application for the fall semester of the academic year 2013 will start on September 1st and the application deadline is October 15th. Parents whose child (children): 1) was (were) born between September 2nd, 2007 and September 1st, 2008; and 2) is currently (are) studying in a public or private kindergarten; while 3) satisfying other relevant requirements; please take note of the application time and deadline and submit your application in a timely manner.
