The Number of Applicants for the 2014 Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students

The application for the 2014 Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students ended on March 15th. According to the statistics reported by the National Test Affairs Committee (NTAC; New Taipei Municipal New Taipei Senior High School), a total of 271,205 students signed up for the Program, and were distributed in 18 examination districts nationwide and one examination center in Mainland China. In particular, 270,024 applicants applied through group application, while 1,181 applied as individuals. Taichung-Nantou, New Taipei City, and Kaohsiung examination districts had the most applicants, with respective numbers of 42,144, 42,060, and 30,528.
