To encourage the student affairs personnel and counseling services and motivate education personnel to proactively innovate the school counseling service, the Ministry of Education organizes an event to select and commend the winners of the Award of Excellence in Friendly Campus.  A total of nine outstanding schools and 40 outstanding personnel won the 2022 Award of Excellence in Friendly Campus.  Among them, the National Guan-Shan Vocational Senior High School adopts holistic student development as its vision and the cultivation of students' good character as its core philosophy, while enabling students to participate in charity events in the community so as to understand the importance of gratitude and contentment.
