To spark students' passion for creative inventions, the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education, motivates students to participate in international contests to enhance their capabilities. Taiwanese students won a total of 15 gold medals at the 18th International Exhibition for Young Inventors (IEYI). Lin, Ming-Yu, Political Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, commended the gold medal-winners and their coaches on March 29, 2023 and recognized the outstanding performance from teachers. He hoped that the schools in Taiwan will keep up the good work and continue to achieve better outcomes.
