The goals behind the 12-year National Compulsory Education that has been promulgated by the Ministry of Education, are to promote across-the-broad exam-free college admissions, train professional teachers to develop their own insights, to respect diversity, and to embrace differences, so that they can contemplate their own approach in simplifying the content of curriculum guidelines. To establish education vision not only for today but for tomorrow, the curricular development rests on the idea of holistic education to guide students to learn independently and encourage teacher-student communication as well as interaction, which will, in turn, promote contribution toward society where people share the common good.
