To promote digital English learning, the K-12 Education Administration of the Ministry of Education and the Department of English at National Taiwan Normal University worked together to create the Cool English website (https://www.coolenglish.edu.tw/), which applies AI technology to develop English speaking, listening, and writing learning resources to improve students' learning motivation and effectiveness. As of October 2023, the number of registered users reached 1.66 million, and the number of users in 2023 reached 2.7 million.
