Office of the Secretary

Duties of the Office of the Secretary include:

  1. Safekeeping of official seals and management of documents and files.

  2. Management of cash flow, finance, maintenance and construction, procurement, and other matters.

  3. Policy planning, planning, execution, and management of media and public affairs.

  4. Provide legal opinions on cases pertaining to regulations and questions about their scope in the event that there are ambiguities in their applications.

  5. Matters that are not within the scope of other divisions or offices.
