To cultivate talents in junior high and elementary school education and bring education in Taiwan in line with international standards, the K-12 Education Administration of the Ministry of Education sent 627 junior high and elementary school teachers to eight different schools in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia for three weeks of short-term overseas training program. The program allows teachers to expand their professional knowledge, improve the quality of English and bilingual teaching, and enhance teaching effectiveness.
